Every project begins with a thoughtful conversation. During our initial site visit, we take the time to understand your property, your vision, and the level of investment you wish to make. We explore aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and long-term goals to ensure alignment before moving forward.
This meeting allows us to determine whether your project requires full design services or can proceed directly to estimate and installation.
Design Development
Design Development
When a project calls for design, we enter a structured development phase guided by a design retainer. Our team prepares a comprehensive presentation outlining planting plans, structural elements, layout, and projected investment.
The design retainer includes:
- Conceptual garden and landscape design
- Visual presentation of plant material and structural elements
- Up to three design refinements
- A final scaled landscape plan with labeled plantings and features
The retainer is applied toward installation services performed by The Garden Girl Company. Should you choose to proceed independently, it covers the design work completed.
Installation
Installation
Once approved, we prepare a detailed project estimate and schedule your installation. Our team oversees every stage of execution — ensuring materials, plant health, and craftsmanship align with the design intent.
The result is a cohesive landscape delivered with clarity, discipline, and attention to detail.
